If you have never owned a pool robot and want to start without spending $499, the Dolphin E10 is the right entry point. It is stripped down — floor cleaning only, one button, no app — but it uses the same core Maytronics engineering that powers the Nautilus CC Plus.
In testing, the E10 covered our 25-ft test pool floor completely in about 90 minutes. The single scrubbing brush roll is softer than premium models, which makes it safe for vinyl liner in-ground pools as well as gunite.
The two-year Dolphin warranty is the biggest selling point versus generic budget robots at similar prices. If something breaks, you have a real company with US service support behind it.
The tradeoff is obvious: floors only. If your pool has algae on the walls or tile line buildup, the E10 won't touch it. You'll need to brush walls manually. For a low-debris pool with simple maintenance needs, that's fine.
